We’re traditionally kicking off ADNIGHT 2025 with a dedicated opening event for the next generation of creatives: the ADNIGHT Talent Program. Held from 15:00 to 17:00 at the WPP Campus at Amsteldok, this session is designed to help students and emerging talent get the most out of their ADNIGHT experience.
Breaking into the creative industry isn’t easy, and stepping into an agency for the first time can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve created a tailored pre-program to offer guidance, context, and confidence before the main event begins. Expect practical tips, a crash course in agency life, and insights from professionals who’ve been in your shoes.
With a mix of inspiring speakers, helpful advice, and casual networking opportunities, the Talent Program is your chance to get oriented, meet other curious minds, and start the night on the right foot. Whether you're a student, junior, or just figuring it out, this is your entry point.
