With a background in nightlife, events, agencies and brand partnerships, she brings together brands, ideas and people in ways that feel relevant, unexpected and culturally connected. She’s curious about what moves people: from campaigns and communities to internet culture and the dance floor.

A passionate advocate for queer rights, Maartje is also the founder of Table For Ten, an agency specialising in meaningful brand partnerships that connect brands with queer audiences in authentic and impactful ways. After more than five years in the brand activation space, Maartje is now broadening her field of work across the cultural landscape, collaborating with journalism platforms, museums, electronic music festivals, artists and other cultural organisations.
