ADNIGHT x VIA Future Bosses Lunch
VIA will host a special edition of their Future Bosses Lunch during ADNIGHT! A lunch where experienced leaders from the advertising industry sit down with students and young starters who are just beginning their careers.
Because how do you find out what the industry is really like? By talking to the people who are right in the middle of it. By simply sitting down together at the table.
What can you expect?
During the lunch, Future Bosses will join different Bosses from agencies and companies across the industry in several rounds. After each course, you’ll switch tables. This gives you the chance to meet different leaders, ask questions and hear how they got started, which choices shaped their careers and what they value in the next generation of talent.
And of course, we’re just as curious about the Future Bosses. How do they see the industry? What do they expect from their future employers? And what do they think today’s leaders could do differently?
No pitches or collecting business cards. Just open conversations between two generations who are both shaping the future of advertising.
