ADNIGHT Expands to a Day and Night Program for Its Anniversary Edition

This year, ADNIGHT is expanding for the first time to include both a daytime and evening program. To mark its tenth anniversary, the creative festival will introduce a major conference at De Hallen in Amsterdam on October 8, ahead of the well-known ADNIGHT Festival in the evening.

The new daytime program will form the festival’s substantive core and will consist of a mix of talks, workshops, panel discussions, and exhibitions of work from across the industry. Across multiple stages, both participating agencies and leading international speakers will share their perspectives on creativity.

The first international speakers have already been confirmed: Nils Leonard, founder of the internationally acclaimed agency Uncommon Creative Studio in London, and Andy Pearson, VP Creative at cult brand Liquid Death in Los Angeles, California.

“The mission of ADNIGHT is to put the creative sector on a pedestal. We felt Amsterdam was missing a major conference dedicated to creativity,” says Claire Daemen, founder of ADNIGHT. “We hope to create a daytime program that is just as vibrant as our nights, with not only talks but also plenty of interactivity and space to celebrate creativity together.”

The daytime program will be followed by the familiar ADNIGHT Festival. From 5:00 p.m., agencies across Amsterdam will open their doors, once again turning the city into one large open night for the creative industry. Visitors will get a unique behind-the-scenes look at the work, the people, and the culture behind the agencies that shape the industry.

Denise Willigers, founder of ADNIGHT, adds: “The ADNIGHT program is high in quality, but sometimes difficult to fit into a route. We want to give agencies’ stories an additional stage, while also giving visitors the opportunity to meet speakers in person during the evening.”

Unlike the evening program, capacity for the daytime program will be limited to approximately 1,200 visitors. ADNIGHT is also choosing accessible ticket prices to keep the barrier to attendance low. Early bird tickets go on sale today.
